Driver I.D.
Driver I.D. helps you determine who is driving any of your tracked vehicles at any given time. This is particularly helpful if your tracked vehicles can have any number of drivers using it.
As well as your tracked vehicles, you can track & report on individual drivers’ punctuality, drive time, miles etc whichever tracked vehicle they use.
This helps practically eliminate manual procedures managing drivers in more than one vehicle / other vehicle(s).
You can save time by immediately establishing who is or was driving any tracked vehicle, at any given timescale, rather than reverting to, for example, hand written logbooks.
A simple Fob for each driver, presented on a Reader in each tracked vehicle will help you achieve all of these manual procedure and time saving benefits.
Business & Private Mileage
“Business & Private” is a simple and really effective way of differentiating journeys between those made for your company and personal trips made your staff, for example after work or at the weekend.
Records and procedures and vastly streamlined; and you will get a true reflection of all journeys; thereby providing a much easier method of charging for private mileage.
Reports can be generated and even edited if the odd journeys needs correcting. You can also quickly meet any Inland Revenue request for information.

Immobiliser
In one click you can quickly immobilise any tracked vehicle. From your PC or your Apple / Android App, just select the vehicle, immobilise it and it won’t start again until you re-immobilise it. That way you can reduce vehicle theft and also stop unauthorised use of vehicles.
Panic Button
A ‘Panic Button’ can be installed in your tracked vehicles. If a driver gets in to difficulty, with one press you will instantly be alerted via the software, App or Email.
You will immediately be able to determine the vehicle, its location and be in position to act fast.
A Panic Button is an excellent way of increasing the security of your tracked vehicles and providing better duty of care to your drivers, wherever they are driving.
Vehicle Locks
Deadlocks bring high security van lock protection to van doors under the control of the driver. Ideal equally for tradesmen, owner-operators and larger operations where drivers can be relied upon to operate the locks.
A Deadlock operates by throwing a bolt into a receiver fitted to the opposing body section when operated by an external key. Locks4Vans (L4V) kits are vehicle door specific.
All cylinders, housings and plugs are plated in highly durable satin nickel to maintain a consistent and long-lasting appearance. External trims are available as either UV stabilised black nylon, or satin nickel-plated brass van lock to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle. (Note: black external trims supplied as standard.)

Job Dispatch

Vehicle Maintenance Diary
Diarise Your Vehicle Tasks
Via the existing Easy Track Software, you can diarise the likes of Vehicle Servicing, MOTs and Insurance. The software will keep track of dates, time and mileage to remind you, in plenty of time (set by you) when a task is due.
You can then ’complete’ this on the software and add any notes. Based on your previous schedule, the software will automatically diarise the next Service, MOT or Insurance Renewal.
You will also be alerted to any tasks that are overdue / missed. It’s a simple, free module that keeps your vehicles safe and legal.
